Board suspends medical license of ex-Tomah VA chief of staff

MADISON, Wis. — The Wisconsin Medical Examining Board has suspended the medical license of the former chief of staff of the troubled Tomah Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
The board suspended Dr. David Houlihan's medical license after a hearing Wednesday.
Houlihan was nicknamed "candy man" by some patients for allegedly handing out excess narcotics.
