LEROY, NY - A somber occasion was marked out in the Genesee County Town of LeRoy Saturday morning. That's where a funeral service was held for a Vietnam veteran police say was killed by his neighbor this past week. Friends and family came out to pay their respects to 69-year-old Norman Don Ball.
