Audie Murphy VA Hospital for "Christmas" Took Down Christmas?

Ok, so someone one found mention of Christmas offensive and the VA tossed any mention of that one word. Idiotic when you consider the simple fact "Christmas" is a federal holiday and the VA is Federal Property!
From 1659 to 1681, the celebration of Christmas was outlawed in Boston, and law-breakers were fined five shillings. Christmas was declared a federal holiday in the United States on June 26, 1870.

"For 33 years, Vietnam veteran Ethel Jo Holloway has volunteered her time and money, decorating the Audie Murphy VA hospital for Christmas. This year some of her decorations were thrown out, and she can't believe why."  USA TODAY
