Police say two males who were in red Jeep met up with three other males at Rainbow Hills Park nearby. A fight broke out and someone pulled out a gun and started shooting. The two males in the red Jeep were both hit but managed to drive back to their house on Scotty.
One of the victims was shot multiple times and died of his injuries. Family members at the scene identified him as 23-year-old Ronald Casillas and said he was an Army reservist and a veteran of the war in Afghanistan.
