Iraq, Afghanistan veteran found dead after struggle with PTSD

(KMOV.com) -- Captain Casey McCausland was a veteran of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.
He was one of 300,000 veterans of those wars to be diagnosed with post traumatic stress disorder, something that typically results from the kind of dramatic, emotional events many soldiers experience at war.
