When politicians talk about cutting the debt and public employees, we all need to remember what kind of people we are "getting rid of" because when you needed them, they showed up. When you don't need them, you don't care if they are there or not. Take a look at what they did when Hurricane Sandy hit. Remember what they did on 9-11.
