Soldier found dead near Fort Hood's West Range Gate

Fort Hood- A 29-year-old Fort Hood soldier was found dead by two other soldiers just after midnight Thursday, Fort Hood media spokesman Tyler Broadway said.
Broadway said he died from a gunshot wound in the chest, and was found near the West Range gate.
Broadway said the circumstances surrounding his death are under investigation, and the soldier’s name will not be released until family is notified.
