More military troops and veterans seem to favor Obama

More U.S. troops and veterans are voicing support for President Obama in the upcoming general election, according to Reuters' report on a recent poll. The result might be a byproduct of dissatisfaction with the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, concern over threats of a conflict with Iran over failed nuclear negotiations, and talk of Pentagon budget cuts.

ReplyDeleteIt is very true that Ron Paul got most of the military donations. He did the last time around too when McCain was running. Most people don't know that McCain has voted against veterans every chance he's had. He's all talk and people just believed he cared about veterans. Most people don't even know Ron Paul is still running and winning states. The media would rather cover people like Romney, lying and saying whatever he wants to get a vote. As for Obama, he has been good for veterans but again, the media doesn't seem to care. They didn't even care when the Paul Ryan budget did not mention veterans at all.
