Neighborhood children, including her own, witnessed the devastating hit-and-run crash that has left Cassandrea Thorn in ICU. "Her pelvis was crushed," Cassandrea's father-in-law Paul Thorn told 11 News. "Most of her back muscles and skin have been separated from the tissues of her bone."
