Vietnam vet paying it forward, handing out toys to those in need in his neighborhood

UTICA, N.Y. (WKTV) - Stockings and boxes full of toys were given to less fortunate kids in West Utica on Thursday night, all thanks to one man's generous wish.
After being diagnosed with multiple cancers, Leukemia, and other sicknesses due to his time serving in the Vietnam War, Walt Martin decided to use some of the money he received from the Veterans Association to give back to his community.
