Injured vet crashes in VA lot

ALBANY -- A 39-year-old veteran crashed his SUV into a security guard shack in the parking lot of the Stratton Veterans Affairs Medical Center about 6:30 p.m. Monday.
No one was injured in the crash which occurred about 6:30 p.m., but the man was found with a self-inflicted knife wound to the area around his neck, according to sources.
