Guardsman honored for rescuing motorist

TAYLORSVILLE, Utah — A West Valley City resident and Utah National Guard soldier has been honored for rescuing a trapped motorist from a burning car.
The city of Taylorsville held a dinner Friday in recognition of Pfc. Joshua Klein's heroic action.
Klein was driving through Taylorsville on Dec. 21 when he saw a nearby SUV swerve off the road and crash into a tree.
Klein managed to pull the unconscious driver out of the SUV and revive him with first aid until emergency crews arrived.
