McCain's twitch and constant blinking are a concern

McCain's temper is well known along with erratic behavior. What I noticed more tonight is his twitching with his shoulders along with rapid blinking. There is a lot of talk online about if McCain has PTSD or not, more than likely, he does given the circumstances of his past and the fact that 100% of people who have been tortured develop some level of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. I intentionally watched him as he spoke more closely tonight than I have at other times. I believe it's even more vital that McCain's mental health status is made public as soon as possible.
