For Connor Curley, birthdays are about more than receiving gifts, they're about giving them, too.
Every October on Connor's birthday, he, his family and their friends do something special for Ronald McDonald Houses in Central Florida. Tonight they are throwing a dinner party for 60 kids and parents at the Ronald McDonald House across from Arnold Palmer Hospital.
The charity, which provides $15-a-night housing for families whose children are being treated at hospitals far from home, has special significance for Connor — he has spent much of his life there.
"It was a place of both physical and emotional comfort," said his mom, Lisa Curley of Port Orange.
