CAMP HILL, Pa. -- On the West Shore, people gathered in Camp Hill to fight for the health care services for returning war veterans.
A state health care union claims Veterans Affairs hospitals are underfunded and understaffed, and that's hurting troops who are trying to heal from war wounds.
