Man found crying in neighborhood

Police are looking for anyone who knows a "vulnerable adult" who was found crying in a central Mesa neighborhood Wednesday afternoon.
A resident in the 1200 block of North Fraser found the man around 2 p.m. and called Mesa police.
The man said his first name is Dave or David. He is White or Hispanic with brown hair and brown eyes, about 5 foot, 7 inches tall and 145 pounds.
Police are asking anyone who recognizes him to contact police at 480-644-2211 or a local law enforcement agency.
