Wiring warning came long before soldier's death
Sgt. Justin Hummer says he filled out a work order in 2007 that warned of his quarters in Iraq: "Pipes have voltage, get shocked in the shower." Months later, Staff Sgt. Ryan Maseth was electrocuted in a shower in the same quarters.
