MIAMI -- A South Florida soldier who was badly injured in Iraq was honored Thursday by Miami-Dade County commissioners.
Staff Sgt. Victor Dominguez was presented with a proclamation and key to Miami-Dade County.
The Homestead native and South Dade Senior High graduate was badly wounded during his second tour of duty in Iraq two years ago.
