Update: Fort Bliss Soldier Dies In Motorcycle Crash

EL PASO, Texas -- KFOX has new details on the death of a Fort Bliss soldier killed in a motorcycle crash in East El Paso.
Officials said 27-year-old Staff Sgt. Gerald Green was assigned to the 1-43 Air Defense Artillery Battalion, which moved to Fort Bliss from Korea last fall.
Green crashed his Yamaha Sports Back into the rear of an 18-wheeler near the intersection of Walter Jones and Spur.
He died at the scene, which makes this the third deadly crash in less than a month involving a Fort Bliss soldier.
No charges are pending against the driver of the truck, 58-year-old Juan Castro.
