In my ministry (practice) I am aware of various types of depression and mental illnesses that certain people exhibit. However, there is one disorder that I believe needs a shout out: Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It sits in the proverbial room like a 900-pound gorilla and everyone is too embarrassed to address it. However, I will address this illness in my 206th edition of Chapy's Corner, which is dedicated to those Langstonites who have served our country in war and have returned to a very different world than when they left. I also dedicate this epistle to those who have experienced any sort of PTSD.
