Why hasn't driver been charged killing firefighter and Nam Knight?

Dannis is the one in back with his arm up in the air. A couple of hours later, he was laying on the road, dying.
Last night there was a gathering of Dannis' brothers in the Nam Knights. They were all wondering what everyone else seems to want to know. Why hasn't this girl been charged yet? There was a report that she was texting while driving before taking a left turn into oncoming traffic including these motorcycles, several other motorcycles and cars, also carrying members of the Nam Knights.

Imagine being one of the others riding with Dannis and his wife and Bob, watching all of this happen. Imagine being one of the two bikes that had just passed the intersection and seeing it happen in their rearview mirror. Imagine, just for a second that someone you loved had just died right before your eyes because someone didn't care. Now imagine you as you carry the pain of the loss, you watch the days pass and the person causing all this pain has not been charged with it.

Maybe the picture can be viewed as Dannis waving goodbye. Then again maybe he's waving "help me get justice" for this. Dannis offered his life in service as a firefighter but this girl took his life. He cannot demand answers for himself. Jayne is facing a long, hard road of recovery and trying to come to terms with losing her husband. She cannot demand answers. We can! When will the final report come out? When will this girl be charged for what she did?

The sooner this is sorted out the sooner all the families involved will be able to begin to heal. The longer this goes on, the worse it gets.

The teenager turned left directly into their path from Colonial to Chuluota Road, causing the fatality, Florida High Patrol spokeswoman Sgt. Kim Montes said.the FHP said.
Bish's Harley collided with the side of the Mustang while his friend, dropped his own bike to avoid the collision. Bish was pronounced dead at the 9:05 a.m. Saturday crash. His wife, Jayne Bish, 53, was transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center where she was in critical condition.
Martinausky was reported in serious condition after transport to the same hospital. None of the victims were wearing helmets. Charges are pending against the young driver who was wearing her seatbelt, Montes said.
